Out of Province Clients

As our business is located within the Province of Alberta, we are familiar only with the service rules governed by the Alberta Rules of Court.  While we have experience serving documents from each Province, it is difficult to keep track of service requirements for each level of court in each province.  If you are an out of province client soliciting our services, we kindly ask that you provide us with specific instructions so that we can follow the rules in place for process serving governed by your respective province.
